A CREDIT CARD IS required TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS. IN Violation of cancellation policy or the no show policy, the credit card on file will be charged.
CANCELlATION
ALL SERVICES REQUIRE 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCElLATION WITh the EXCEPTION OF an EXTENSION APPLICATION where 48 HOURS IS REQUIRED. IF you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the service a $100 FEE WILL BE CHARGED. IN THE EVENT OF a NO SHOW THE FULL AMOUNT OF the SERVICE WILL BE CHARGED.

I WANT EVERY CLIENT TO LOVE their HAIR. IN THE EVENT OF a client not being satisfied after the service, a redo will be honored up to one week after the service.
