i am a maine native but have been living in boston for the past 8 years. i attended hair school in portland, but at the age of 21 i decided to chase my dreams of being a hairstylist on the famous Newbury Street. i grew from a jr. stylist to a master colorist/stylist very quickly with a lot of hard work and discipline. i was fortunate to work beside some of the top stylists in the industry. i truly believe that continuing education is the key to success. i have traveled the world for advanced education to keep myself and clients up to date on the newest trends and techniques.
working with products you love makes all the difference. goldwell is my go to color line, it just never fails me. in just 2 short years i was able to complete goldwell's intense master colorist program. i pride myself on holding myself to a high standard and working with the best tools out there. For me Goldwell’s color and their products give me the technical support I need as a colorist.
hmm so a little about me. i’m a lover of dogs. i mean i will actually stop you and ask to pet your dog in the street. when i’m not behind the chair you can probably assume one of a few things. i’m with my boyfriend and our blonde fur baby daisy, shopping, eating at the newest restaurants, or working out.
did i mention i love shopping? when i graduated high school i thought i wanted to be a personal stylist for people. in some ways i feel like i am. my clients are always asking where to shop or what to wear. I would say i have a pretty feminine boho lux style. But if you catch me on my off days I’m most likely rocking athleisure. i’m not one for outlandish trends but i’ll try anything once (or buy it and let it sit in my closet).
i’m most known for my blonding work. i think because i am a blonde i have the eye for what my babes are looking for. my go to style would be a lived in beacy california blonde. i live for taking an unhappy client and showing her that you can have the hair you have always dreamed of.
